Standard Items
We accept returns, cancellations, and exchanges for standard items. Please note that a restocking fee may apply depending on the situation. For detailed information about fees, timeframes, and eligibility, please review our Return Policy.

  • Buyer issue (change of mind, fit issue, dislike, etc.): Returns and exchanges are accepted within the specified timeframe. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply based on the specific situation.

  • Seller issue (wrong item, defect): We will accept returns and provide a full refund. Shipping costs will be borne by us. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Made-to-Order Items & Accessories
Made-to-order items and accessories are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange for any buyer-caused reason.

  • Seller issue (wrong item, defect): Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide a full refund or replacement.

Section 7 - Made-to-Order Items

All our dresses are made-to-order specifically for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange for any buyer-caused reason.

  • Seller issue (wrong item, defect): Full refund or replacement. Please report within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Size Selection Responsibility: You are responsible for choosing your own size by comparing your measurements to our size chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. A dress can always be taken in by a tailor, but it cannot always be let out. Alterations are typically needed and are the buyer's responsibility.

Section 8 - Accessories

Accessories (including but not limited to veils, jewelry, clutches, belts, shoes, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange for any buyer-caused reason. If there is a product defect or wrong item shipped, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Section 9 - Customer Service Response Time

We strive to address all customer service inquiries and complaints promptly. Our standard response and resolution time for customer issues is 15 days from the date of your initial contact. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
