Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on Arsyince.

Cancel Within 24 Hours

You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, including shipping. Please email service@arsyince.com with your order number and the word Cancel in the subject line.

Made to Order Dresses After 24 Hours

Made to order dresses are cut and sewn for you after you order. Once production has started, a cancellation request is subject to a 30 percent material fee to cover fabric and work already done. We will refund the remaining 70 percent of the item price to your original payment method.

Ready to Ship Dresses

Ready to ship dresses usually ship on the next business day after your order is placed. If your order has not shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible and we will try to cancel it.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your item is eligible for return, you may follow the steps in our Return and Refund Policy. Final Sale items and made to order dresses can only be returned in case of our error, such as a wrong size, wrong color or quality defect.

Changing Your Order

If you need to change the size, color or adjustment note on a made to order dress, please email us as soon as possible. Changes can usually be made before production starts. Once production has started, we will let you know whether the change is still possible.

Refund Timing

Refunds for canceled orders are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show it on your statement.
