CANCELLATION POLICY

At Arsyince, all orders may be canceled, including standard-size and custom-made items. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation at any time. Once the cancellation request is confirmed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. No cancellation fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

If your order has already been shipped, you may still request cancellation. However, packages that are already in transit may not be stopped or recalled.

Please accept delivery of the package and contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange a return. Do not return the package without contacting us first. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Returns made because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size or color, or no longer wants the item are subject to return shipping costs paid by the customer.

If the return is caused by an incorrect item, a damaged item, a defective item, or another error on our part, Arsyince will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds for orders canceled before shipment will be issued in full to the original payment method.

For orders canceled after shipment, the refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund.
