About Arsyince

Arsyince is an online store for mother of the bride, mother of the groom and grandmother of the bride dresses. Most of our dresses are made to order after you place your order, so each one can be sewn in your size and adjusted to the way you like to wear it. We also keep a small selection of ready to ship dresses in stock.

Our Story

Our company was founded in 2025. Before opening Arsyince, our team sold formal dresses on Amazon. Through customer questions, reviews and returns, we learned what women really struggle with when they buy a dress for a family wedding: thin, cheap-feeling fabric, dresses that are uncomfortable to sit or move in, and cuts that do not suit a mature figure.

We opened Arsyince to put those lessons to work in our own store, where we can talk with each customer directly and make each dress the way she needs it. A wedding is one of the most meaningful days in a family, and the mothers, grandmothers, aunts and other women who stand beside the couple deserve a dress that fits well, feels comfortable and looks right for their role on the day.

Made to Order in Suzhou

Our made to order dresses are sewn by a dressmaking studio we work with long term, located in the Huqiu wedding dress district of Suzhou, China, an area known for bridal and formal dressmaking. When you place an order, the tailors make your dress for you:

  • Pattern making: the pattern is prepared for the size you selected and any notes you added.
  • Cutting: the fabric is cut to that pattern.
  • Sewing and finishing: the dress is sewn, finished and checked before it ships.

Production usually takes 3 to 5 days after your order is placed. Shipping time is added after that. Production and shipping pause during Chinese New Year and the National Day holiday in early October, and orders placed during these periods are made and shipped once work resumes. Your Fit, Your Way

We offer two size ranges: regular sizes 0 to 16 and plus sizes 16W to 32W. Choose the size closest to your measurements using our Size Guide. If you would like something adjusted, write it in the note box on the product page and our tailors will follow it when making your dress. Customers often ask for:

  • More room in the sleeves and underarms
  • A higher neckline for more coverage
  • A waist that softly skims the tummy and stays comfortable all day
  • A longer skirt or sleeves for taller women
  • A shorter skirt or sleeves for petite women
  • A slimmer, more fitted cut for slender figures

If your note is unclear, or a request is not possible for a particular style, our team will email you to confirm the details before production begins. Your dress will not be made until we have your answer.

Ready to Ship Dresses

We also keep a limited number of finished dresses in stock at our warehouse in Suzhou. These dresses skip the production step and are shipped as they are, in the sizes and colors shown, so adjustments are not available on them. You can browse them in our Ready to Ship collection.

Who We Dress

Our styles are designed for the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom, grandmothers, aunts and other family members and guests. Many of our dresses also work well for rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, galas and other formal events after the wedding.

Shipping and Returns

We ship to addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. Orders ship from Suzhou, China.

To make returns easier for our customers, we use a warehouse in the United States to receive returned items, so you do not need to send anything back overseas. Please see our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for full details.
