Package Information
Your dress will be packed in a waterproof bag. To protect beading, appliques, lace, and other delicate details, we pack most dresses inside out. When you receive your dress, please carefully reverse it to the right side out.
Color swatches are packed in a standard envelope.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
No hidden charges! Generally, we do not add taxes, VAT, or other hidden fees. You pay exactly the price shown on our website: item subtotal + shipping cost.
Note: Depending on your country's regulations, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local government.
For customers in the United States, sales tax may apply based on state regulations.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how much time has passed since your order was placed.

Note: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Color Swatches: Can be cancelled anytime before shipment. Once shipped, they are non-refundable.

Address Requirements

Please provide a detailed street address (no PO Box or military addresses like APO/FPO/DPO).

Address changes are supported before the package is sent out.

After shipment, we can request an address change, but success is not guaranteed, and any costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect phone numbers or unclear addresses.
Signature Requirement

Most carriers require a customer signature for successful delivery.

Please ensure you or an authorized person is present at the delivery address.

Once signed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Delays

Due to peak seasons, weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances, delays may occur.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in any case.

Overnight shipping is not supported at this time.
