1. Delivery Destination & Carriers

  • Arsyince currently ships to the United States only.

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your package arrives safely. Carriers are automatically assigned by our system based on optimal routing and cannot be manually selected:

    • Standard Shipping Carriers: YunExpress / SF International

    • Expedited Shipping Carriers: Major International Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT)

2. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Your total delivery timeframe is calculated as follows:

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time

3. Order Processing Time & Cut-Off

  • Order Processing Time: All orders (including custom-size dresses) require 3 business days for quality control, tailoring, and packaging before dispatch.

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM Midnight (HKT / GMT+8). Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

5. Taxes, Duties & Transparent Pricing

  • We believe in 100% price transparency. Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping speed and order value, with no hidden fees.

  • Sales Tax: Where required by applicable U.S. state or local regulations, sales taxes will be calculated and itemized during checkout before payment completion.

6. Address Requirements & Signature Confirmation

  • Complete Address Required: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We currently do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

  • Address Changes: Address updates are free before dispatch. Once shipped, we will attempt to coordinate changes with the courier, though success is not guaranteed and additional rerouting fees may apply.

  • Signature Upon Delivery: Certain high-value packages may require a signature upon delivery. Arsyince is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once carrier tracking confirms successful delivery.

7. Shipping Delays & Support

While we make every effort to deliver your parcel on time, delays may occasionally occur due to peak seasons, extreme weather, or customs/logistical bottlenecks. If your package has no tracking updates for over 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact service@arsyince.com for immediate assistance.

8. Order Tracking & Packaging

  • Tracking: Once shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent. Allow up to 24 hours for online tracking to sync. You can track via the email link or portals like 17TRACK, YunExpress, SF Express, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Garment Care Note: To protect delicate craftsmanship (lace, sequins, beading), certain dresses may be folded inside-out for transit. Carefully unpack and turn your garment right-side out upon arrival.
