1. Return Eligibility Window

All items (including standard and custom dresses) are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and completely free of stains, odors, or makeup marks.
• Original product tags must remain securely attached.
• Try-on Tip: Avoid perfume, makeup, etc., to maintain return eligibility.

3. Refund & Shipping Fee Summary

Shipping Note: Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable for buyer-requested returns. No restocking or processing fees apply.

4. Quality Disclaimer

The following are not considered quality issues and do not qualify for free return shipping:

• Size variations within a 1.5-inch tolerance range.
• Minor loose threads, slight sequin shedding, or transport wrinkles.
• Minor color variations due to fabric types, monitors, or lighting (swatches recommended prior to ordering).

5. Return Process

• Step 1: Submit Request — Email service@arsyince.com within 15 days with your order number, name, email, reason, and photos (if defective).
• Step 2: Ship Item Back — Upon approval, ship to the address below. Include a paper note inside the package with your order number, email, and name.
