Who We Are
Arsyince is an online retailer. We sell mother of the bride, mother of the groom and other formal dresses directly to customers in the United States. Our made to order dresses are sewn by our long-term partner dressmaking studio in Suzhou, China, and our own team handles orders, customer service, shipping and after-sales support. We do not operate a physical retail store, and our business address does not accept walk-in visits or returns.
Product Information and Images
We work to describe our dresses accurately, including fabric, length, sizing and available colors. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and the lighting in photos, and because our dresses are cut and sewn by hand, small differences in measurements can occur.
Some lifestyle images on our homepage and collection pages are digitally created or edited to show how our dresses may be worn on the day. If you would like more photos of a dress before ordering, or have any question about a design, please email us and we will be glad to help.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is shown at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing your order, as described in our Terms of Service.
